When you use Toast.AI, you may enter names, relationships, memories, stories, tone preferences, and other speech details. Some of these details may be personal or sensitive. Please avoid entering information you do not have permission to share.
How information is used
We use the information you submit to generate, preview, and revise your wedding speech and to provide the features you request. Speech-generation requests are sent to our AI service provider for processing. We do not intentionally use your stories for advertising.
Payments
Payments are processed through PayPal. We receive transaction information needed to confirm payment and unlock purchased features; we do not need your full payment card number.
Analytics and browser storage
We use Google Analytics to understand site usage, including page views and interactions such as starting a toast or completing checkout. Your browser may store questionnaire answers, drafts, and purchase-related state locally to help you continue your work. You can clear local browser data through your browser settings.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared with service providers only as needed to operate the website, generate speeches, analyze usage, or process payments. Retention practices depend on the relevant provider and technical logs. Do not rely on browser storage as a permanent backup of your speech.
