One-time digital purchase
Toast.AI offers a $4.99 USD one-time digital unlock for a personalized wedding speech and related tools. There is no recurring subscription charge for this purchase.
Requesting a refund
If you are charged but cannot access your purchased speech, are charged more than once for the same purchase, or experience a material technical problem, email support@toast-generator.com. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue, including providing a refund where appropriate.
What to include
Please include the purchase date, the email associated with your PayPal transaction, and the PayPal transaction or order ID if available. Do not email payment passwords or full card details.
Other refund requests
For other concerns, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We review requests individually, taking into account whether the digital content was delivered and any applicable consumer protection requirements. A request does not automatically guarantee a refund.
Payment disputes and legal rights
Refunds, when approved, are ordinarily returned through the original payment method. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable law or through PayPal.
