The service
Toast.AI provides an AI-assisted tool for drafting and practicing wedding speeches. Generated content is a starting point, and you are responsible for reviewing its accuracy, appropriateness, and suitability before sharing it publicly.
Purchases and access
The advertised unlock is a one-time payment of $4.99 USD, not a subscription. It provides access to the full personalized toast and the features described at checkout, subject to service availability. Additional purchases may be required for separate orders or sessions if expressly indicated.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purposes. Do not submit information you lack permission to use. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service or comply with law.
AI-generated output
AI output may contain errors, awkward phrasing, or unintended references. Review and edit your speech, particularly names, sensitive stories, and any claims about real people. We do not guarantee a particular reaction or outcome.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Features and these terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular occasion. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
